A few weeks ago I obtained some Registered Black Angus beef patties and some all beef franks from Snow Creek Ranch. Prior to that I picked up some Top Sirloin Steaks from a local Farmers Market that Docs Cows was hosting a booth at. Wow! I was able to impress my father, family, and friends with this great tasting beef. The tenderness and flavor of this beef was amazing. My father is hard to please and he raved about the taste. Hats off to the Snow Creek Ranch family and their wonderful beef products.
Grilling Tips for Pre-Formed Patties

Want the patties you just bought to taste like the sample you tried at a show? Pull your pre-formed patties out of the freezer and let sit unwrapped for about 20 minutes. Pop off the patties you want to grill with a butter knife or a clean screw driver, and put the rest of your patties back in the freezer. Then proceed to your gas or charcoal grill. If your only choice is the stove top, we recommend a cast iron pan for near-show results. We’ve not had the best luck with non-stick surfaces. Then proceed as follows…
* Grill from frozen on low to medium heat
* Total grilling time about 20 to 25 minutes
* Flip every 4 to 5 minutes
* Salt once on each side
